We collect: Personal Identification Data (full name, nationality, date of birth, passport & Emirates ID details, photograph if required); Contact Information (mobile number, email address, residential address); Business & Company Information (company name & trade license, business activity, shareholder/director details, office address or Virtual Ejari); Financial & Payment Information (invoice records, payment confirmations, transaction references, bank-related documents only if required - we do not store card details outside authorized payment gateways); Compliance & Due Diligence Data (KYC documents, source of funds declarations, sanctions or AML screening results); Technical & System Information collected automatically (IP address, device and browser type, login history, portal activity logs, agreement acceptance timestamps).

We collect information: Directly from you (forms, uploads, emails), Through our portal and systems, Via WhatsApp or phone communication, From authorized third parties (e.g. authorities). Some data is provided by you, some is generated automatically when you use our platform.

We use your data only for legitimate purposes, such as: Delivering requested services, Submitting applications to authorities, Communicating with you, Legal and regulatory compliance, Internal records and audits, Protecting Vacanzy from fraud or misuse. We never use your data for irrelevant purposes.

Your data is processed because: You gave consent, It is needed to perform a contract, UAE law requires it, We have legitimate business interests. This ensures all processing is lawful and justified.

We may share data only when necessary with: UAE Free Zones & Immigration, Embassies & consulates, Banks & financial institutions, Legal translators & typing centers, IT and hosting providers. We do NOT sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Some services require sharing data outside the UAE (for example, embassy applications). When this happens: Transfers are lawful, Data shared is limited, Only authorized entities receive it.

We retain data: While services are active, As required by UAE law, For audits, legal protection, and disputes. Once no longer required, data is securely archived or deleted where legally permitted.
